‘궁궐 옆 보통건축 팝업북’은 3월 13부터 4월 3일까지 계동 배렴 가옥 인근의 건물과 공간을 팝업북으로 아카이빙하는 워크샵입니다.
궁궐 근처는 흔히 한옥 마을로 인식되지만 오래된 역사만큼 한옥 외에도 다양한 보통의 건물과 공간이 구석구석 존재합니다. 본 프로그램은 비교적 탐구의 대상이 되지 못한 일상적이고 오래된 건물들이 사람들의 사용, 지형, 도시의 맥락에 적응한 모습을 관찰하고 기록하고자 합니다. 더 나아가 이를 개선할 여지가 있는지 고민해보고 그 과정과 결과물을 이해가 쉽고 휴대가 간편한 매체인 팝업북으로 표현합니다.
